LDA Minnesota seeks to employ highly qualified math educators or special educator to serve as co-teachers in the math classroom for students in grades 6-8 in a non-public school setting.  LDA co-teachers provide 1:1 or small group support & interventions for students who are performing behind their peers.  In this science classroom, LDA’s teacher will help students access math problem-solving skills and work with the classroom teacher to identify other needed skills and strategies.

Job Duties:
LDA’s teaching position will work with scholars in grades 6-8. LDA has one position open at a private school in Minneapolis. The teacher will have the knowledge and skills necessary to create lesson plans for students significantly behind their peers who struggle with basic reading and math skills. The instructor will also be responsible for all data collection and communication with mainstream staff. This position is part-time for the 2023-2024 school year. Paid prep and professional development are included.
