Make a Difference—One Student at a Time
The Learning Disabilities Association of Minnesota (LDA Minnesota) is seeking passionate, licensed teachers to join our tutoring team. If you enjoy working one-on-one with students and helping them build confidence and academic success, we’d love to hear from you.
Our tutors provide individualized, research-based instruction to children, adolescents, and adults with learning differences, ADHD, and other learning challenges. Every tutoring plan is tailored to meet the student’s unique needs and goals.
Current Areas of Need
We are actively seeking tutors with experience in:
- Math
- Reading
- Writing
- Executive Function Skill Building

Schedule
Tutoring hours are flexible and arranged between you and your students.
Typical availability includes:
- School Year: Weekdays between 4:00–8:00 p.m.
- Summer: Weekday mornings and afternoons
Weekend tutoring is not currently offered.
Tutoring may take place:
- Online (Google Meet or Zoom)
- At LDA Minnesota’s office
- In client homes
- Community locations such as libraries or schools
Employment Requirements
Final candidates must successfully complete a background check and provide documentation verifying authorization to work in the United States.
