New Adult Service
Weekly Daytime Support Group for Adults
Adults with ADHD face challenges that friends and family might not understand. This new discussion group provides an open and confidential opportunity to meet others with ADHD and share strategies to manage the challenges of ADHD. This group is for adults who would benefit from weekly support. If you have questions or plan to attend, please contact Susan Hallam at 952-582-6009; sh@ldaminnesota.org
When: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm every Thursday morning
Location: LDA Minnesota, 6100 Golden Valley Road, Golden Valley, MN 55422
Who Can Attend: Open to any adult in the community
Cost: $15 per session. First session is FREE!
