LDA Minnesota offers ADHD Support Groups for adults, parents and spouses/partners.
Individuals interested in participating in LDA's Support Groups should schedule a 30-minute intro with the support group facilitator prior to attending one of the groups. This interview is free of charge, confidential, and will help to inform potential group members about what to expect and ensure that it is a good match for both the new participant and the current group members. This monthly support group is for parents of teens & tweens with ADHD. Brief presentations on strategies and resources, along with rich conversations among parents provide the support needed to play a positive part in the lives of the teens in our families and communities.
Join other adults with ADHD who face similar challenges that friends and family might not understand. This discussion group provides an open and confidential opportunity to meet others with ADHD and share strategies to manage the challenges of ADHD.
